本协议适用于集成了多家海外广告 SDK 的移动应用。我们尊重并保护用户隐私，所收集信息仅用于广告投放、效果归因及优化体验。

数据收集说明

Adsplus SDK 由 Hongkong hispark network limited 自主研发并运营。通过 Adsplus SDK 收集的数据，直接由我们（而非第三方）掌控，用于广告投放、效果归因和服务优化。

SDK 收集的信息类型如下：

重要说明： Adsplus SDK 不收集 任何广告标识符（包括 Android 的 GAID/AAID 和 iOS 的 IDFA），也不收集精确位置信息（GPS）。我们通过设备型号、OS 版本、网络状态等非唯一性参数进行广告优化，而非依赖用户追踪。

数据存储：SDK 收集的数据将存储在 中国境内 的服务器上，我们会采取 AES-256 加密存储和 TLS 1.3 传输加密，确保数据安全。

欧盟用户知情同意（Google UMP）

我们已接入 Google UMP（User Messaging Platform）。在欧盟/欧洲经济区（EU/EEA）范围内，应用启动时会向您展示合规的隐私选项弹窗，您可自主选择是否接受个性化广告。您的选择将通过 Google UMP 传递给所有已集成的广告 SDK，实现统一合规管理。

1. 信息收集总览

除上述 SDK 直接收集的信息外，我们集成的第三方广告 SDK 可能额外收集以下信息。具体以各 SDK 的隐私政策为准：

2. 系统权限申请说明

海外广告SDK仅申请维持广告服务所必需的系统权限，具体如下：

4. 个人信息的使用原则

我们严格遵守"最小必要"与"目的明确"原则：

非共享原则：未经您授权或法律要求，我们不会向无关第三方提供、出售或共享您的个人信息。自研 SDK 收集的数据由我们独立控制，不会转售给任何第三方。
禁止非法处理：我们严格禁止任何第三方通过技术手段非法收集、篡改或无授权传播您的个人信息。
合理使用：我们可能通过您的信息为您提供更感兴趣的广告内容，或与授权合作伙伴共享信息以优化服务。

5. 信息披露的情形

在以下合法场景下，我们可能向第三方披露您的个人信息（仅披露必要部分）：

您明确同意：经您主动授权，向指定第三方披露相关信息。
服务必需：为实现广告投放、效果归因等功能，需与技术支持方或广告主共享必要信息。
法律要求：根据司法机关、行政机关的合法要求，提供相关个人信息。
权益保护：当您涉及纠纷或违反服务协议时，为协助处理争议，可能向投诉方披露必要信息。

6. 个人信息的存储与跨境传输

自研 SDK 数据：存储在 中国境内 的服务器，采用 AES-256 加密存储，传输使用 TLS 1.3 协议。保留期限不超过 6 个月，到期后匿名化处理。
第三方 SDK 数据：您的信息可能存储于海外合作方所在国家（如美国、新加坡），我们会确保传输过程符合 GDPR 等国际隐私保护标准。
存储期限：信息存储期限将根据服务需求确定（如广告效果统计需保留 6 个月），超出期限后将安全删除或匿名化处理。

7. Cookie 与设备标识符的使用

Cookie 功能：我们可能通过 Cookie 记录您的偏好，以提供更个性化的服务。您可通过浏览器设置关闭 Cookie。
设备标识符：为保障广告服务的连续性，第三方 SDK 可能使用设备标识符（如 GAID、IDFA），相关信息仅用于广告统计，不会关联您的真实身份。特别提示：我们的自研 SDK 不收集任何广告标识符。

8. 信息安全保障措施

技术加密：对敏感信息采用 AES-256 加密存储，传输过程使用 TLS 1.3 协议加密。
访问控制：仅授权必要人员访问用户信息，且需通过多重验证。
风险监测：实时监控系统异常访问行为，通过 AI 模型识别风险并自动阻断。

9. 用户权利说明

角色说明： Adsplus SDK 是 数据处理者（Processor），而集成 SDK 的移动应用（App）是 数据控制者（Controller）。最终用户的数据权利请求（如访问、更正、删除）应首先向 App 厂商提出，由 App 厂商作为数据控制者负责响应。我们作为 SDK 提供方，会配合 App 厂商在技术可行范围内协助处理相关请求。

重要提示： Adsplus SDK 不收集任何可识别个人身份的信息（PII），如姓名、邮箱、电话号码、身份证号等。我们收集的仅为设备型号、OS 版本、网络状态等非唯一性技术参数，因此：

访问权：由于我们不收集 PII，无法将某个具体用户与数据记录关联。如需了解个人信息处理情况，请联系您所使用的 App 厂商。
更正权与删除权：由于我们不收集 PII，无法执行“更正”或“删除”特定用户数据的操作。如您需要更正或删除个人信息，请联系您所使用的 App 厂商。
撤回同意：您可随时通过设备的系统设置（Android 的“重置广告 ID”或 iOS 的“限制广告追踪”）撤回对个性化广告的同意。此外，您也可以通过 App 内的隐私设置选项进行管理。
数据可携权：由于我们不收集 PII，无法提供与您个人身份关联的数据导出。如需数据导出，请联系您所使用的 App 厂商。

10. 全球法律合规框架

Adsplus SDK 面向全球用户提供服务。我们遵守以下主要司法管辖区的隐私法律要求：

10.1 欧盟通用数据保护条例（GDPR）

法律依据（Legal Basis）：我们依据 GDPR 第 6(1)(a) 条（用户同意）处理广告交互数据。通过 Google UMP 获取的用户同意信号，将作为所有广告 SDK 的数据处理合法基础。
数据主体权利：如上文第 9 条所述，最终用户的数据主体权利请求应首先向 App 厂商提出。我们将配合 App 厂商在技术可行范围内响应此类请求。
数据保护官（DPO）：如您需要联系我们的数据保护官，请通过下方联系方式获取具体联络信息。

10.2 加州消费者隐私法案（CCPA/CPRA）

“不出售”声明：我们 不出售 任何个人信息。Adsplus SDK 收集的数据仅用于广告投放、效果归因和服务优化，不会出售、租赁或转让给任何第三方用于商业目的。
加州居民权利：加州居民享有知情权、删除权、选择退出权等权利。由于我们不收集 PII，无法将具体用户与数据记录关联。如您需要行使相关权利，请联系您所使用的 App 厂商。

10.3 中国《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）

最小必要原则：我们严格遵守“最小必要”原则，仅收集广告服务所必需的设备型号、OS 版本、网络状态等非个人信息。
数据出境：自研 SDK 的数据存储于中国境内，不涉及数据出境。第三方 SDK 的数据处理由其各自隐私政策约束。
用户权利：中国个人信保护法赋予用户查阅、复制、更正、删除个人信息的权利。由于我们不收集 PII，相关请求应首先向 App 厂商提出。

11. 政策更新与通知

我们可能因业务调整、法律法规变化或 SDK 功能迭代而更新本协议：

非重大变更（如表述优化、格式调整）：直接在官网更新，不另行通知。
重大变更（如信息收集范围、使用目的或数据共享方式的调整）：我们将通过以下方式通知集成方：
- 在官网发布更新公告；
- 在 SDK 的新版本发布说明（Release Notes）中明确标注变更内容。

我们建议您定期查阅本协议，以确保了解最新数据实践。本协议更新后，如您继续使用我们的 SDK，即表示您同意更新后的协议条款。

This policy applies to mobile applications that integrate multiple overseas advertising SDKs. We respect and protect user privacy. Information collected is used solely for ad serving, attribution, and experience optimization.

Data Collection

The Adsplus SDK is independently developed and operated by Hongkong hispark network limited. Data collected through the Adsplus SDK is controlled directly by us (not by third parties) for ad serving, attribution, and service optimization.

The SDK collects the following types of information:

Important Notice: The SDK does NOT collect any advertising identifiers (including Android GAID/AAID and iOS IDFA), nor does it collect precise location (GPS). We optimize ad delivery using non-unique parameters such as device model, OS version, and network status — not through user tracking.

Data Storage: Data collected by the SDK will be stored on servers located in China. We employ AES-256 encryption for storage and TLS 1.3 for transmission to ensure data security.

EU User Consent (Google UMP)

We have integrated Google UMP (User Messaging Platform). In the EU/EEA, you will be presented with a compliant privacy options dialog upon app launch, where you can choose whether to accept personalized advertising. Your choice is communicated via Google UMP to all integrated ad SDKs for unified compliance management.

4. Principles for Using Personal Information

We strictly adhere to the principles of "minimum necessity" and "purpose limitation":

Non-sharing Principle: Without your authorization or legal requirement, we will not provide, sell, rent, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties. Data collected by our self-developed SDK is independently controlled by us and will not be resold to any third party.
Prohibition of Illegal Processing: We strictly prohibit any third party from illegally collecting, altering, selling, or disseminating your personal information through technical means.
Reasonable Use: We may use your information to provide more relevant ad content or share with authorized partners to optimize services.

5. Circumstances for Information Disclosure

Under the following legitimate circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties (only the necessary portion):

With Your Explicit Consent: Upon your authorization, disclose relevant information to designated third parties.
Service Necessity: To enable ad delivery and attribution, share necessary information with technical support or advertisers.
Legal Requirements: Provide personal information in response to legitimate requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
Rights Protection: When you are involved in disputes or violate terms of service, disclose necessary information to complainants to assist in dispute resolution.

6. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

Self-developed SDK Data: Stored on servers located in China with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for transmission. Retention period does not exceed 6 months, after which data is anonymized.
Third-party SDK Data: Your information may be stored in countries where overseas partners are located (e.g., US, Singapore). We ensure compliance with international privacy standards such as GDPR.
Storage Period: Storage duration is determined by service needs (e.g., ad performance statistics retained for 6 months). After expiration, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Use of Cookies and Device Identifiers

Cookies: We may use cookies to record your preferences for more personalized services. You can disable cookies via browser settings.
Device Identifiers: Third-party SDKs may use device identifiers (e.g., GAID, IDFA) for ad statistics. This information is not linked to your real identity. Important: Our self-developed SDK does NOT collect any advertising identifiers.

8. Information Security Measures

Encryption: Sensitive information is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3.
Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access user information, with multi-factor authentication required.
Risk Monitoring: Real-time monitoring detects abnormal access, with AI models identifying and blocking risks automatically.

9. User Rights Statement

Role Clarification: The Adsplus SDK acts as a Data Processor, while the mobile application (App) that integrates our SDK is the Data Controller. End users' data rights requests (such as access, correction, deletion) should be directed to the App publisher in the first instance. As the SDK provider, we will cooperate with App publishers to assist with such requests to the extent technically feasible.

Important Note: The Adsplus SDK does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or ID numbers. We only collect non-unique technical parameters such as device model, OS version, and network status. Therefore:

Right of Access: Since we do not collect PII, we cannot associate a specific user with a data record. For inquiries about personal data processing, please contact the App publisher you are using.
Right of Correction and Deletion: Since we do not collect PII, we cannot perform "correction" or "deletion" of specific user data. If you need to correct or delete personal information, please contact the App publisher you are using.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time via your device's system settings (Android's "Reset Advertising ID" or iOS's "Limit Ad Tracking"). You may also manage this through the privacy settings within the App.
Right to Data Portability: Since we do not collect PII, we cannot provide data exports linked to your personal identity. For data export requests, please contact the App publisher you are using.

10. Global Legal Compliance Framework

The Adsplus SDK serves users globally. We comply with the privacy laws of the following major jurisdictions:

10.1 GDPR (EU)

Legal Basis: We process ad interaction data based on GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (user consent). Consent signals obtained via Google UMP serve as the legal basis for data processing across all integrated ad SDKs.
Data Subject Rights: As described in Section 9 above, data subject rights requests should first be directed to the App publisher. We will cooperate with App publishers to respond to such requests to the extent technically feasible.

10.2 CCPA/CPRA (California, USA)

"Do Not Sell" Statement: We do not sell any personal information. Data collected by the Adsplus SDK is used solely for ad serving, attribution, and service optimization. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for commercial purposes.
California Resident Rights: California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of their personal information. Since we do not collect PII, we cannot associate a specific user with a data record. To exercise these rights, please contact the App publisher you are using.

10.3 PIPL (China)

Minimum Necessity Principle: We strictly adhere to the "minimum necessity" principle, collecting only device model, OS version, network status, and other non-personal information necessary for ad services.
Data Export: Self-developed SDK data is stored within China and does not involve cross-border data transfer. Third-party SDK data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.
User Rights: China's Personal Information Protection Law grants users the rights to access, copy, correct, and delete personal information. Since we do not collect PII, such requests should first be directed to the App publisher.

11. Policy Updates and Notifications

We may update this policy due to business adjustments, regulatory changes, or SDK feature iterations:
